Refund policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our pieces. As jewelry can sometimes have faulty parts and mistakes can be made in the production process, we do offer a 30-day warranty to ensure your piece lives up to our high standard of quality. Covered issues under our 30-day warranty include:  

Quality Issues: broken chains, clasps, or charms. 

Errors: wrong item, size, chain, or stamp.
